Every kitten we raise is given the highest level of veterinary care from the very beginning. From regular check-ups and vaccinations to preventative treatments and thorough health screenings, we go above and beyond to ensure our kittens are healthy, strong, and thriving before they leave our care. Each of our breeding cats is tested for genetic and hereditary conditions to help prevent future health problems, and we work with experienced veterinarians who understand the unique needs of the Munchkin breed. We do not cut corners. We do not rush kittens out the door. We make decisions based on what’s best for the kitten—not what’s convenient for us.

When your kitten is ready to go home, you’ll receive a health record detailing all veterinary care provided, including vaccinations, deworming treatments, and any other relevant notes. We also provide a signed health guarantee. This document is our way of assuring you that your kitten has been thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian and is considered in good health at the time of sale. Our health guarantee covers any congenital or hereditary defects for a period of one year from the date of adoption. Should a serious health issue arise that is proven to be congenital, we will work with you to provide a replacement kitten of equal value, subject to the terms in our contract.

We do ask that you take your new kitten to your own veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. This step is crucial, not only to establish care with your vet but to confirm your kitten’s health status after the journey. In the rare and unfortunate case that a health issue is discovered during this window, we ask that you contact us immediately with a copy of the vet’s report so we can work together to resolve the situation quickly and with compassion. We are not just selling you a kitten—we are committing to a relationship built on mutual care and support.

When it comes to shipping, we understand that many of our adopters live outside of our immediate area. We have years of experience in safely and reliably delivering kittens across the United States. We take every precaution to ensure that your new companion arrives safe, calm, and comfortable.

We offer two main shipping options: in-cabin flight with a professional pet nanny, or licensed ground transportation. Both methods prioritize the health and emotional well-being of our kittens. We do not ship cargo under any circumstances. Cargo shipping is stressful, often unsafe for young animals, and does not align with our values or standards.

With the in-cabin pet nanny option, your kitten will be personally escorted by a trained and compassionate individual who travels with them from our arms to yours. This option offers the most control and comfort during transit, and it allows your kitten to remain supervised, hydrated, and relaxed throughout the entire journey. Once your kitten is handed over, the nanny will provide real-time updates and photos to keep you informed and excited every step of the way. When the nanny arrives at your nearest airport, you’ll receive your kitten directly in person—no stressful cargo pickup, no confusion.

If you prefer ground transport, we partner with experienced, licensed pet transporters who specialize in small animals. Your kitten will travel in a temperature-controlled, sanitized vehicle and will be fed, watered, and given potty breaks on a regular schedule. We only use ground transporters who are fully insured and who understand how to handle kittens with care and attention. They provide updates throughout the trip, and they deliver your kitten right to your doorstep.

Shipping costs vary based on distance, preferred method, and timing. We will work closely with you to schedule the most convenient and safe delivery option available. We do not make a profit on shipping; our only goal is to ensure that your new family member gets to you as safely and smoothly as possible.

Please understand that we will not ship a kitten before it is developmentally ready. Typically, our kittens are ready to go to their forever homes between 10 and 14 weeks of age, depending on their growth, eating habits, and emotional maturity. We will not compromise on this timeline. The early stages of a kitten’s life are critical for social development and immune strength, and we are committed to giving them the best start possible.

Throughout the process, from the first message to the day your kitten arrives, we will be in regular contact with you. We believe communication is key, and we want you to feel informed, supported, and connected. Adoption is not a one-time event—it’s the beginning of a lifelong relationship, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
